Once you receive your electronic estimate by text or email, you can review and approve the recommended services directly from the link. You can pay online using the payment link, or if you're with us, we accept cash, debit and major credit cards, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and approved financing options. For eligible purchases of $250 or more, available financing options will be displayed through the payment link.
The Most Important - Please Read
Because parts and outside services are arranged specifically for your vehicle and repair, 100% of estimated parts costs, special-order freight, and sublet services or fees must be paid upfront before parts are ordered or outside services are scheduled. Remaining costs—including labor, diagnostics, shop supplies, taxes, and approved additional work—are due upon completion. If you cancel after parts have been ordered or sublet services have been scheduled, you are responsible for any applicable outbound or return freight, vendor restocking fees, and non-refundable sublet costs. Custom, electrical, flashed, and other non-returnable parts cannot be refunded.
Discounts Available
Senior & Military Veteran Discounts: We’re proud to offer a 10% discount to seniors 65 years and older and military veterans as a thank-you for your service and contributions to our community. To receive the discount, eligible customers must provide a valid ID or other acceptable proof of age or military status. Just let us know during the estimate or checkout process that you qualify, and we’ll make sure the discount is applied. Discounts apply to eligible labor charges only and do not apply to parts, applicable service or roadside fees, transportation, diagnostic charges, taxes, shop supplies, or other applicable charges.

Financing with Buy Now, Pay Later
Hellbent Service & Repair offers Affirm, Klarna, and Sunbit financing through our Tekmetric payment system for estimates of $250 or more.
Simply review your estimate, select an available provider, and apply or pre-qualify directly through the payment portal; if you already have an account, you can simply sign in and continue the process. Depending on the provider and your eligibility, available options may include Pay-in-4 or monthly financing terms of up to 36 months. Approval, terms, interest, fees, and payment schedules are determined by the financing provider and may vary by customer and transaction.
Roadside Pricing & Fees - Along the I-40 Corridor or US-191 S/n
When you're stuck on the side of the road, we know you want help—not more stress. Our roadside dispatch & initial diagnosis fee covers dispatching a technician to your location, on-site assistance, and the first 30 minutes of diagnostic inspection or troubleshooting. If additional diagnostic time is needed or we need to make a parts run to get your vehicle what it needs, applicable diagnostic or parts-run mileage charges will apply, even if you later decide not to proceed with the repair. Depending on the repair needed and the safety and environmental conditions at the location, some roadside calls may be able to transition into a mobile repair, potentially helping you avoid the cost and hassle of a long-distance tow.
Mobile Pricing & Fees - We come to you
Mobile Repair Services: When an on-site repair is possible, our mobile service is designed to save you the time, hassle, and potential expense of having your vehicle towed to a shop. A mobile service visit includes applicable mileage and diagnostic fees, allowing us to inspect the vehicle, identify the issue, and provide you with a clear estimate for the repairs needed. Once the estimate is approved, we’ll determine whether the repair can be completed during the same visit or needs to be scheduled for a later date based on parts availability, repair complexity, safety, workspace, weather, and other conditions. When the job and conditions are favorable, we may be able to complete the repair the same day, helping you get back on the road sooner.
Sublet Services & Fees -Services done by a trusted third-party shop
Sublet Services & Coordination: Some services require specialized equipment that we currently sublet through trusted local shops, including wheel alignments, tire mounting and changes, and wheel/tire balancing. When your vehicle is already with us, we can coordinate transportation to the outside provider and have the service completed as part of your repair, helping keep everything handled in one coordinated process without requiring you to make another trip. If you prefer, we can also help schedule the service so you can take your vehicle directly to the provider yourself. Applicable sublet service and transportation charges will be included in your estimate when applicable. These services will be available in-house at our new Chambers, Arizona location once construction is complete.
